Real estate combines many of the things I’ve always cared about: financial decision-making, architecture and design, neighborhoods, negotiation and the way people actually live.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent more than two decades working in finance and operations, including senior leadership roles in asset management and financial services. My job was often to make complicated situations understandable, identify risk and help people make better decisions.
I bring the same mindset to residential real estate. I want my clients to understand not only what I recommend, but why.
My perspective is also informed by hands-on experience with renovation, development and property ownership. That makes me especially interested in the details that can materially affect a property: layout, condition, construction quality, carrying costs, potential and resale.
I’m based in Brooklyn and work with buyers, sellers and investors across New York City. The goal is straightforward: thoughtful advice, clear communication and representation that is tailored to the decision in front of you.

Professional relationships matter in New York real estate. Good collaboration, preparation and communication all contribute to a smoother experience for clients.
“Dave is someone I trust to represent me and my clients well. He is thoughtful in how he communicates, prepared in his approach, and genuinely focused on making sure clients feel supported. Whether he is stepping in for a showing, helping with buyer appointments, or providing market perspective, he brings a calm, capable, and client-first presence.”
I’m naturally drawn to the numbers and details, but I also believe the best advice takes into account the human side of the decision, including how a space feels, how a neighborhood works for your life and what you want the next chapter to look like.
