My background in finance and operations shapes how I approach real estate: understand the details, pressure-test the assumptions and communicate the tradeoffs. But a home is never just a spreadsheet. Good representation also requires judgment, local context and an understanding of how people actually live.
Before moving into residential real estate, I spent more than two decades in finance and operations. That experience taught me how to dig into complex information, identify what matters and give people a clear recommendation when the stakes are high.
Today, I bring that discipline to New York real estate, alongside hands-on experience with renovation, development and property ownership. I live in Brooklyn, and I care about the neighborhoods, buildings and communities that make this city such a distinctive place to call home.
